On March 18th, support health worker well-being and transform workplace culture with national Health Workforce Well-being Day.
Introduction
At UC Davis Health, champions of health workforce well-being will come together on March 18th, 2025, to celebrate and recognize the vital contributions of health workers and discuss solutions to reduce burnout and protect worker well-being. Our hope is that every patient, caretaker and health system can continue to receive high-quality, personalized, and respectful care.
Recognized at the national level by the U.S. Senate, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the National Academies of Medicine, and Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes' Foundation, this day is not only an annual commemoration of progress but also a day of action.
