Tools for Managing and Supervising Employees Struggling with Mental Health Challenges
This project will train managers, supervisors, faculty and staff to promote emotional health and well-being among those they supervise and reduce barriers to assisting them. We have developed a curriculum based on the latest science. The curriculum consists of four sessions that are a mixture of didactic and skills development. The sessions cover evidence-based best practices in mental illness-related disability prevention and mental and emotional well-being promotion in the workplace from the supervisor’s perspective
