Linda Adams, RD provides nutrition services for the Work Strong and the Staff and Faculty Health and Well-Being programs at UC Davis Occupational Health. Additionally, she works with students studying nutrition in the Nutrition Peer Counseling and Healthy Aggies at the Fitness and Wellness Center in Campus Recreation. She has been on campus almost 30 years, previously serving as Director, Sustainability and Nutrition with dining services since 2006. Prior she worked in a variety of roles including Service Manager and Production Manager in Resident Dining as well as Food and Physical Safety manager for dining services. Linda holds a BS in Home Economics with emphasis in Dietetics from California State University, Chico. She completed her dietetic internship at St Francis Medical Center in Illinois.
